The town of Rockland is located in Southern Ma. boarded by Weymouth and Hingham on the north; Norwell & Hanover on the east; Hanson on the south; and Whitman & Abington on the west.  Rockland is about 8 miles east of Brockton, 20 miles southeast of Boston and 215 miles from New York City.
